About the role
If you are obsessed with being organized, punctuality is your second name, you understand how to delegate well and can think 3 steps ahead, we are looking for you. As the Sales operations manager at Alore you will be responsible for keeping clients happy and ensuring the smooth functioning of the services program of Alore.
Responsibilities and Duties
· You need to understand and breathe the Alore platform
· Be able to communicate with client well and manage client expectations
· Be able to translate client requirements into executional blueprint
· Delegate tasks to the internal prospecting team to create high quality databases
· Articulate recommendations and feedback into actionable insights
· Write/tweak campaigns with the sales copywriting team for clients
· Be capable of analyzing and interpreting data to take remedial actions where ad when necessary
· Create weekly /monthly reports for clients with deductions and recommendations.
· Define and develop initiatives and plans that drive product strategy, consumer adoption and advocacy.
· Market Research – Understand the market dynamics of each clients target audience and therefore make informed and logical suggestions to add value to the client’s campaigns.
· Be able to sit with client to understand and suggest what collateral, landing pages etc. will help them nurture their respective pipelines better.

· Startup sales background preferred but not a clincher
